Tuition Assistance

Federal, state, and private sources of financial aid are available for all students who qualify. The University of Illinois Global Campus utilizes the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine eligibility for financial aid.

Once you submit your FAFSA application and any additional documents that may be requested, you will receive a financial aid award notification listing any aid you are eligible to receive.

The Global Campus (in collaboration with the University of Illinois residential campuses) is pleased to offer the following major aid programs:

• Federal Pell Grant
• Federal Direct loan (subsidized and unsubsidized)
• Federal Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students
• Graduate PLUS loan
• Federal SMART Grant
• State of Illinois Monetary Assistance Program Grant (for Illinois residents)

NOTE: Students who are admitted as non-degree-seeking students are not eligible to receive financial aid.
