Accreditation
LA College International is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) (www.acics.org). The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education (www.ed.gov). ACICS accreditation of degree-granting institutions is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
LA College is approved to offer academic degree and diploma programs as follows:
- Bachelor of science degrees in business management, and computer science
- Associate of arts degrees in business management, computer science, and graphic design
- Diplomas in massage therapy, and medical office management
LA College's programs have also been approved by the California State Department of Education, Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Educational since 1982. LA College is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students (to issue I-20s for student visas) and approved to enroll veterans.
